Basic Recipes
Healthy food is easy...
Here I would like to share some of the basic recipe to kick start your healing.

Basic Bone Broth
500 gr Bones
1 Onion
8 Cloves of garlic
1 Cup spring onion
1 Cup carrot
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Simmer in Slow Cooker for at least 24 hours. Adding water every 10 hours
Basic Salad Dressing
1/2 lemon, pressed
2 tbsp soy sauce or mirin
2 tbsp vinegar of your choice
a dash of salt and pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add oil at the last bit.
Smoothie
2 cups of spinach, kale or pakchoy
1 cup of apple/pineapple or pear
1 tbsp fresh mint or fresh ginger
Blend everything in a blender, with crushed iced if you like it cold.
Snack
A cup of coconut yoghurt
top with fruits of your choice
1 tbsp raw honey
a sprinkle of your favourite seeds
